Verb. To protest someone not answering a message that was never sent. Or, to protest someone not returning something that was never sent. History - Mr McDougall was a Regina, Saskatchewan lawyer in the early days of the Province. When he didn't want to deal with a case he would write an indignant letter to opposing counsel. "I am outraged that you have not seen fit to respond to my correspondence of such-and-such a date." Of course, there was not correspondence from Mr McDougall on that date. Or, he would demand the return of documents he had forwarded, when, in fact, he had never sent those document. The opposing lawyer would then spend a huge amount of time trying to find the missing documents. Older lawyers in the area of Saskatchewan, Canada, still refer to the practice as "McDougalizing a case."
He said he sent me the documents by faxlast month, but I think I've just been McDougalized!

When one finds it necessary to go to McDonals, buy a plain McChicken, and then a Double cheese, and then insert said McChicken into Double Cheese, thus creating the McDougal.
Diarrhea that follows the consumption of a poor quality meal. Often from McDonalds.
Usually accompanied by bad gas, bloating, and in extreme cases, sharting.
Person 1: I feel horrible, we should not have gone to Mcdonalds.
Person 2: Your telling me, last time i had Mcdonalds i McDougal'd so bad that i didn't have time to get my pants off!

A Shotgun. Specifically a pump shotgun such as a 870 or a 500. derived from the term "Shotty McDougal" which was coined by members of the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division while in Iraq in 2007-8. the term was shortened to McDougal when it was brought back to the US's west coast. can be spelled 'McDoogle' or 'MacDougal' but never 'MacDoogle'. this term applies ONLY to pump shotguns. break barrel shotguns, both under-over and side-by-side, have been dubbed 'Shotty McCracken' due to the influence of the word McDougal.
