Mentally Unstable: You see, there isn't a definition of it. For me a person that is Mentally Unstable is a person who has a lot of anxiety, is depressed, and isn't socialized (DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!)

What causes people to be
mentally unstable:
Severe psychological trauma suffered as a child, such as emotional, physical, or sexual abuse. An important early loss, such as the loss of a parent. Neglect.
How to tell if a person is mentally unstable:
1. Feeling sad or down.
2. Confused thinking or reduced ability to concentrate.
3. Excessive fears or worries, or extreme feelings of guilt.
4. Extreme mood changes of highs and lows.
5. Withdrawal from friends and activities.
6. Significant tiredness,
low energy or problems sleeping.
If you know someone who is
Mentally Unstable, help them. Because
doing nothing about it is wrong.
