The act of
continuously tormenting a single person in your neighborhood by
knocking at their door in the middle of the night very loudly.
The "
mooj" part comes from writing a letter to the victim saying that you won't stop knocking at their door until they do something for you.

moojing Mr. Davis last night and he called the rent-a-cops on us.
