Murr
A sound of happiness/contentment used by furries. A made-up 'animal noise' word along the same lines as yiff that probably came from the word 'purr.'

One part of a murmur. Murmurs are not limited to two parts, not so obviously. Stated alone, it basically calls for a sympathetic repetition of the word by the speakers audience, creating a murmur of whatever the appropriately situational gestalt may be; approval, discontent, whatever attitude was conveyed by the tone of the original utterance.

Bob:"Murr."

All:"Murr. Murr."

2. A type of white sauce that both murrs and smiles back. Unfortunately, the sauce will stop smiling when you bite its head off.
