Define Pick Me Meaning

the term “pick me” is a term used to refer to people who feed into narratives that are personally oppressive to them in an attempt to gain the approval, attention and/or validation of their oppressor. an example of this is a woman who puts down other women and feeds into misogynistic stereotypes in order to seem more appealing to sexist men in hopes of gaining their approval.

A person who is trying to get a valid attention of the opposite gender + an attention seeker
