Define Scatters Meaning

The state of one's mind after a seretonin depleting weekend, associated with drug culture, generally refers to the after effects of ecstasy on the following day of consumption.

How you feel after a night or week of drug taking.

Used alot by the Irish youth. Usually shouted when a fight, or any thing they should'nt be doing, is happening and they see a guard, teacher, or adult.
