To be really, really drunk

Being so unbeliveably drunk that you may black out or pass out and you may begin making very bad deicisons. In other words, a fucking good time

2. Nasty, as in angry

to get drunk off your ass

Someone who has had a little to much to drink, or is going to drink till they are fucked up

Inebriated, through excessive consumption of alcohol to the point of losing consciousness. Involuntary body movements (vomiting & defecating) are likely to occur during to a person Pisshead experiencing this state.

beyond drunk, the point when your face scrunches and your squinting hence you look like shit in the face.

Stoned on mj such that the smile you smiled when you smoked up is still there plastered all over your face an hour later because you neglected to unsmile or were too lazy, once the smile was there, to remove it. Comes from smoking good shit, or really bad shit -- depending on your definition: ergo "shitfaced". From this perspective (regional usage, perhaps) it has nothing to do with alcohol. (i.e. No shit, Sherlock.)
