Bad-as-fuck
In this term, "fuck" is a measure of the word "bad". In simpler terms, if there were a scale for bad words, "damn" would be on one end and "fuck" would be on the other. Therefore, fuck would be as bad as you can get. Also, "bad" is used as slang for "good".
1) Having the quality of being badass enough to elicit a “what the fuck” response. The "what the fuck" is shortend to a simple and emphatic "the fuck" which is then inserted between the cheeks of "bad" and "ass."
To descibe a situation, sombody or something which is so hideously bad it is beyond belief. This phrase is often backed by an arm gesture (a little like limphanded punch) to allow the audience to realise the severity of the horendesness before them.
Person A: "Did you see what 'Laura' was wearing the other day?"
Person B: "Yeah i did it was Fucking Bad" (completed with limp handed punch so that person A realises just how bad the outfit was.
