pants that are longer than shorts but shorter than jeans. stupid idiots say capris are for morons but that doesnt make sense. if no one wanted to wear capris and look like a moron why are people still buying them?
if you dont like them simply dont wear them.
Half-assed pants that only come halfway down the shin. They manage the magnificent feat if being both too hot when it's hot out and too cold when it's cold out. Only acceptable when worn by pre-teen girls, and sometimes not even then. They also seem to be a favorite of the popular crowd.
