An awesome band who writes original music. All of their cd's are really good and they are even better live. They haven't gotten full of themselves and will live on...

An absoultely amazing rock band from Mesa, Arizona, who a lot of people consider emo, although the band members hate that word. Either way, they're a class act with great lyrics, great music, and they put on a great show. Those of you who know the m just for The Middle need to hear they're other stuff, althouth it is quite a song.

Misfortunatley supported by many narrow-minded emo kids who think to be emo you have to be a boy who cuts himself, never goes to school and never says a word that isnt jimmy eat world. Not that all emo kids are like that, i have nothing against emo kids or emos who like jew, just the narrow minded ones.

an amazing band from Mesa, Arizona, who despite coming into the public's eye with their hit The Middle, had already made to awesome records beforehand. Still, the LP that featured The Middle, Bleed American (self-titled after 9/11) is probably their best work. Their newest album, which came out in October of 2004, was also amazing, and the song Pain got heavy radio play. They're often called 'emo' but they hate that word.

A surprisingly iPod-worthy mainstream rock/punk/pop band with some nice beats. Their first hit, "The Middle", never gets old.

Jimmy eat world is a band who rocks! They got their name when Jimmy's (the lead singer) younger brother drew a picture of Jimmy eating the world titled "Jimmy eat world".

A great punk/emo rock band from Arizona. They have multiple albums but their breakthrough song was "The Middle" from the formerly titled "Bleed American" album, now self-titled. Their latest cd is "Futures".
