One of the two female Teletubbies, bright yellow with a curlicued antenna. She is fond of playing with a gigantic orange ball, singing to herself, and hugging her fellow 'tubbies (see Big hug!)

The sound some cultures make when celebrating. The Laa's can sometimes go on for much longer than expected.
My neighbors were having a party all you could hear for hours was Haa Laa Laa Laa Laa.
