Define Thirst Trap Meaning

A post on a social media site ,intended sole purpose is to get attention!

When a female posts a photo or status of herself being cute or sad or in whatever mood she is, and she either dresses normal or shows more skin than normal in the photo, with the direct or indirect intent of having men post compliments to her in either soft, nice or vulgar terms.

Like on Instagram when a female does post a photo and some males are being disrespectful in their advances, some males call it thirst trap as soon as the female calls them out for being disrespectful.

Whore, waste of time, annoying, money hungry, overeager, a nuisance

A sexy photograph or flirty message posted on social media for the intent of causing others to publicly profess their attraction. This is done not to actually respond or satisfy any of this attraction, but to feed the posters ego or need for attention, at the expense of the time, reputation and sexual frustration of those who view the image or reply.

Any statement or picture used to intentionally create attention or "thirst"

When a woman does or wears something to get men to approach them for attention.
