Define Zero Time Meaning

Zero Time
After being caught masturbating, 'zero time' is the fraction of a second during which a person may simultaniously wipe themselves off, pull up and fasten their pants, reach for the TV remote and change the channel. Usually they end up holding their dick staring at their mother (who pretends not to notice, natch) whilst some hiseously graphics 'erotic' video plays at full volume in the background. As time always seems to just stop at the moment said parent's eyes meet aforementioned masturbator's, this period of time can also be 'zero time'.

Zero Time Dilemma
The third game in the Zero Escape series, canonically takes place in-between 999 and Virtue's Last Reward. (You have to play both in that order before playing this one) It contains a lot of timeline bullshit, to the point where every story segment is a "90-minute" fragment out of chronological order. 9 people who signed up for the D-Com experiment are now trapped in an underground bomb shelter in the Nevada Desert. To escape? Six people must die. Every death reveals one of the six passwords needed to open the door. Every 90 minutes, the participants' bracelets will go off, injecting them with some sort of anesthetic, while some other agent to erase their memories over the past 90 minutes.

Guy 1: Hey, you ever played Zero Time Dilemma?
Guy 2: Nah man, after 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors I don't want to see zero again.
Guy 1: Wait. You haven't played Virtue's Last Reward yet?
Guy 2: Nope-
Guy 1: GET ON THAT. RIGHT NOW.

Penn Zero: Part Time Hero
An underrated cartoon on Disney that follows the adventures of Penn Zero, who unexpectedly inherits the job of his parents: being a Part-Time Hero. Penn must zap into various dimensions to take on the role of the hero in that world and save the day in their place. With the help of his friends, Boone, the Part-Time Wiseman, and Sashi, the Part-Time Sidekick, he must save the worlds from Rippen, a Part-Time Villain and Penn's art teacher, and his Part-Time Minion and principal of Penn's school, Larry.
