A house in multiple occupation (HMO), or a house of multiple occupancy, is a British English term which refers to residential properties where ‘common areas’ exist and are shared by more than one household. This term was introduced into Australia by Leading Property Educator, Ian Ugarte. The definition of an HMO has its origins in fire safety upgrades to properties which are are characterised by a higher standing of fire safety devices which can include the presence of smoke detectors, evacuation lighting and fire extinguishers

If the action brings one pain in the present, but pleasure in the future one describes this situation as "HM Noing for the eventual SUPREME HMO" The HMO is sought after in many tribes and nations as it represents the ultimate expression and experience of happiness and joy.
