Allowing something to build and then
dumping it on someone all at once. Often this is a workplace discipline issue where many minor or even not minor events are allowed to build without notice of
violation and then once sufficiently large can be used against an employee all at once to justify a large penalty or
termination. Can also be used in an emotional sense in the instance of a lover or family member who at one time recites all the real and perceived misdeeds against them despite having never voiced displeasure previously.
