L-N-B-S (scientifically known as Limp Noodle Ball Syndrome) is a condition in
which one's legs weaken after participating in vigorous excercise so that they feel as if they're
limp noodles which could
break off and roll across the floor in a spherical shape. In LNBS, one may not experience symptoms for 24 hours after vigorous exercise.
A teenager
trys out for a school sports team after having little to no formal
physical education. After running for a long period of time he/she will become very sore and perhaps
shakey, sure-sign symptoms of Limp Noodle Ball Syndrome.
