In other words, owning an NFT is owning a piece of the internet. Some examples:

An irreplaceable award, often described in the music industry to label a physical trophy distributed by an artist to one lucky winner.

Not all NFTs are free or involved in a giveaway. An NFT may be used in a raffle or bidding. However, the highest bid nor total raffle amount determines the value of the NFT. After all, it is meant to be the only existing one of its kind.

Did you hear that people are selling Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT's) now. It's lunacy! You'd have to be nuts to buy one. NFT should stand for "No Frickin' Thanks"!
NFT: Normal For Tiverton. Medical abbreviation used by doctors to describe a patient displaying symptoms of extreme stupidity or features suggesting the patient comes from a very small gene-pool (e.g. webbed fingers or toes)
