Rui is an amazing person being. They are caring, kind, funny, over all perfect. Rui deserves the world. If you are their friend, trust me, you’re a lucky one. Riding Under the Influence. When you are "operating" a bicycle/ scooter/ skateboard while on drugs or alcohol. This is actually illegal in many US states.
I tried to avoid drinking and driving by riding a bicycle to the bar, but then I got busted for RUI by this asshole cop.
