An Indian-English mixed breed from the days of the Raj. Generally regarded as an ethnic slur, it probably originates from the Hindi chi-chi fie! which means dirt.
Look at that chi-chi over there! She is neither English nor Indian and no-one from nobility will marry her.

Prison food consisting of Ramen noodles, beans and rice seasoning (or other spicey seasoning) and cheesey junk food. I use taco seasoning and Dorittos myself.
Jail food made from commissary items. Usually consisting of ramin noodles, summer sausage and cheese curls. The more you put into it the better it tastes. Also can be called a chi.
