Define Talk Out Meaning

Going to the gym and standing around talking , instead of working out.

The opposite of talking out loud.
To whisper.

To make an obviously false claim.

To attempt discussion on a topic with no prior knowledge of it usually results in this.

to act like you know what you're talking about when you really have no clue

When someone says something stupid that they have no proof of. For example, "The Space Shuttle was destroyed by TERRORISTS!"

Uttering bullshit or talking nonsense. Most commonly done by managers and corporate whores.

1. Words produced from a man that does not know what he is talking about. Often in an attempt to offer assistance with some type of problem or dilemma. The dialog usually is nonsensical and is of no help. It is often just made up bullshit with no basis in fact.

2. Dialog used by TV cable news pundits and talk radio hosts such as Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, et. all.

Talking like a fucking dumb ass.

When someone is talking total bullshit as if they are talking out their asshole

Saying senseless, unintelligeble, silly or crazy shit due to lack of sleep, intoxication or general stupidity.
