Thia Bo" which mean "I don't understand the statement" in Hokkien.
Commonly used among Asian in messaging to express "I didn't get what you are trying to say, please
rephrase"
WTB is used to save some typing effort.
In a messaging conversation sometime a person tend to said something hard to be understood, then you give a short response 'WTB' instead of typing out "I didn’t get it". Example a Facebook conversation
