Define Shit Hammered Meaning

Extremely hammered. One who is shit hammered cannot function in any capacity and will usually be found on the floor next to a bottle and a pool of vomit.

Be cautious around someone who has been hit with the shit hammer, as their behavior is wildly unpredictable.

The state of being in a shit storm. When you are shit hammered you generally have commited a crime against nature, or have committed an illeagal act such as genocide, and you are being called on the carpet for it.

Resulting from BG's (bubble guts), Shit Hammer is word for word the same definition as Water Hammer (the concussion and accompanying noise that results when a volume of water moving in a pipe suddenly stops or loses momentum), but replace "volume of water" with "volume of SHIT" and the sudden stop in pipe is your SHIT hitting your sphincter causing your full intestinal track to rattle uncontrollably, and therefor making you believe your gonna SHIT YOUR PANTS!!!!

A combination of shitfaced and hammered states of drunkeness. Usually followed by vomiting and waking up the next morning hating yourself.
